Affiliate Program Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in Newt Labs’ Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Use. Please review them thoroughly. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not participate in the Program.
2. Definitions
“Affiliate”: An individual or entity registered and approved by Newt Labs to participate in the Program.
“Referral”: A customer referred to Newt Labs by an Affiliate.
“Commission”: The monetary reward earned by an Affiliate for a successful Referral.
“Program”: The Affiliate Program as defined by Newt Labs.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, have a website or established social media presence, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations to be eligible for our Program.
4. Commissions and Payouts
Affiliates earn a £10/mo commission for each new customer purchasing a WordPress Site Care subscription via their referral link. Payouts occur in the first week of every month and are made directly to the Affiliate’s bank account or payment account, provided the commissions are older than 30 days.
5. Referral Tracking
Referral tracking is managed using cookies stored for 30 days. No commission will be awarded if the cookie is deleted or has expired.
6. Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, limited, revocable right to use trademarks and promotional materials provided by Newt Labs. All intellectual property rights remain the property of Newt Labs.
7. Responsibilities of the Affiliate
Affiliates must use ethical and legal means for promotion. Any form of misleading information, spam, or unethical conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in termination of the Affiliate account and forfeiture of commissions.
8. Refunded Purchases
If a purchase made through an Affiliate link is refunded, the corresponding commission will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance.
9. Dormant Accounts
Affiliate accounts with no visits generated for 6 months will be considered dormant and may be deactivated.
10. Termination
Newt Labs reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate account for breach of these terms or any illegal or unethical conduct.
11. Indemnification
The Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Newt Labs from any claims, damages, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of the actions or omissions of the Affiliate.
12. Data Protection
By participating in the Program, the Affiliate consents to Newt Labs collecting, processing, storing, and sharing the Affiliate’s personal data in compliance with Newt Labs’ Privacy Policy.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The United Kingdom.
14. Modification of Terms
Newt Labs may update or modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any new terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of The United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
