1. Getting to know you and your business goals.

We exist to help you move forward with your business, and to help you do that, we learn about your business goals and how your website helps you to achieve them. We then do a full website audit to detect any issues that are hurting your bottom line. We provide you with a report that details the problems and recommended solutions.

2. Fixing your underlying website issues

We get to work and fix any bugs we’ve discovered. You may already have a list of improvements you’d like to make, or an urgent fix that needs immediate attention, or perhaps you’d like work done from the website audit we provided. We can speed up your website, cleanup a hack, or fix a broken theme. We’re happy to help with all your WordPress problems.

3. Keeping an eye on your investment

We scan your website every 6 hours 24/7/365 for hacks, blacklisting and security exploits. We also constantly monitor for server downtime and fix any issues when they arise. We backup your website, and take care of any future security and feature updates. If we discover any hacks, we’ll let you know, and clean them up to make sure your website and audience is safe.

4. Providing what you want your tomorrow to look like

Once you’ve got secure foundations into place we’ll provide recommendations for next steps, helping you with your website to achieve your business goals. This can include new features, a move to a better web host, or even a complete redesign. Our WordPress support team are well experienced in design and development, that are exclusively available to our support clients to provide a return on investment.
