I can’t help feeling like I’ve forgotten something…

It’s that time of year when the airports are busy, the temperature’s rising, and the smell of BBQ fills the air.

And as people jet off abroad, I can’t help but think of every holiday I’ve ever been on.

Because I double-check that we’ve got the passports, boarding passes, sun cream, and two changes of clothes for every day.

There’s no harm in being cautious, right?

But there’s always something you forget.

This week, a client of mine forgot that his bank card was expiring.

Now, this normally wouldn’t be too much of a problem, but his card was attached to his domain name and all of his associated services – basically, his website and email went down.

And he was abroad, and I couldn’t get through to him.

It was a perfect storm of all things going wrong at once, and I had to think outside the box…

So, I reached out and managed to get hold of him on Instagram, which prompted him to log into his domain name provider and update his card details.

Things go wrong ALL the time, but in this case, there was a simple solution…

Let us take care of it.

He’s now switched over to our Professional plan, which means we take care of EVERYTHING, including the website PLUS hosting and domain name.

The next time he heads off on holiday, he can relax knowing he’s in safe hands with Newt Labs.
