Newt Labs Acquires Phase 4 Web

Today we’re excited to announce the acquisition of Phase 4 Web and are thrilled to welcome their clients into the Newt Labs family.

Newt Labs will acquire the Phase 4 Web assets and clients, essentially taking over their hosting platform with a plan to provide the same or higher level of service that Phase 4 Web clients have come to expect.
