Newt Labs Acquires inCharge

Today we’re excited to announce the acquisition of inCharge and are thrilled to welcome their clients into the Newt Labs family.

Newt Labs will acquire the inCharge assets and clients, essentially taking over their hosting platform with a plan to move all sites over to Newt Labs bigger and better infrastructure later this year.

Newt Labs, founded in 2010, provides WordPress support, maintenance and hosting, with a focus on security and performance. Our fully managed solution ensures that clients know exactly where to turn should they need any help when dealing with their WordPress website.
