How do you decide which hosted Care Plan I need?
We can use your current hosting plan and recent traffic levels, such as Google Analytics data or your own traffic figures, to recommend a sensible starting point.
Do you migrate my email as well?
No. We do not migrate or host email. We recommend a dedicated provider such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 and can maintain the DNS records needed for the service to keep working.
Do I have to transfer my domain to Newt Labs?
No. Domain management and renewal through Newt Labs is optional. We can manage the DNS for the hosted setup without requiring you to transfer the domain registration to us.
What if the website already has problems?
Minor existing issues can often be handled around onboarding. If the site has a more substantial pre-existing problem that needs separate repair or development work, we will explain that clearly before proceeding.
