Approved Newt Labs affiliates and prospective affiliates reviewing the programme terms
01 September 2026
This agreement explains the rules for taking part in the Newt Labs affiliate programme. If you join the programme or use affiliate links provided by Newt Labs, these are the terms that apply.
It should be read alongside the main affiliates page and any programme details shared during onboarding.
Approved affiliates and anyone reviewing the programme terms before joining.
The tracking, qualification, and payout rules that govern the programme.
The standards for promoting Newt Labs in honest, relevant, and lawful ways.
The conduct, brand, and compliance expectations that come with participating.
Written in plain English to make the rules easier to follow.
This agreement applies to approved Newt Labs affiliates and anyone reviewing the programme terms before joining. Approval is not automatic. Newt Labs may review an applicant’s audience, methods, brand fit, and likely referral quality before accepting them into the programme.
Joining the programme does not make an affiliate an employee, agent, legal representative, or formal partner of Newt Labs. It gives limited permission to promote Newt Labs in line with the programme rules.
Applications may be reviewed for fit, quality, and how the programme is likely to be used.
Affiliates may only promote Newt Labs in ways allowed by the programme and this agreement.
Joining the programme does not create employment, agency, or legal authority to act on behalf of Newt Labs.
The aim is to keep the programme relevant, trusted, and well run from the start.
Approved affiliates may be given a tracking link, code, or other referral method. For a commission to be payable, the referral usually needs to be tracked correctly and meet the programme rules.
A qualifying referral will usually be a new customer who was not already active in the Newt Labs pipeline and who completes an eligible purchase or signup. Commissions are normally only earned once the sale is confirmed, paid, and no longer at risk of refund, cancellation, or reversal.
The exact commission rates, durations, and qualifying services may be set out on the affiliates page, in the affiliate dashboard, or in programme onboarding details. This agreement supports those terms rather than replacing them.
If the approved referral method is not used correctly, cookies are blocked, attribution is lost, or the customer does not complete the journey in a trackable way, commission may not be payable.
A referral may be declined if it is already known to Newt Labs, cannot be tracked, is duplicated, unpaid, refunded, fraudulent, or generated in breach of the rules.
Payments may be delayed until Newt Labs is satisfied that the sale is genuine, completed, and still valid under the programme terms.
Commission payments may be subject to the programme payout schedule, any minimum payout threshold, and accurate payment or tax details being provided by the affiliate.
The referral process is designed to keep tracking, validation, and commission handling clear from the start.
Affiliates may promote Newt Labs using honest, relevant, and lawful methods that fit the programme and the brand. That includes trusted recommendations, useful content, and other genuine ways of introducing the right people to Newt Labs.
Affiliates must not misrepresent Newt Labs, use misleading claims, create fake referrals, or promote the business in ways that create legal, reputational, or brand risk.
Relevant recommendations, useful content, properly permissioned email, social content, and other honest promotion methods that fit the programme rules.
Spam, fake reviews, misleading claims, unauthorised discount messaging, self-referrals, fake leads, or promotion that implies authority an affiliate does not have. Affiliates must also not bid on Newt Labs brand terms or run paid ads in ways the programme does not allow.
Affiliates must use Newt Labs branding responsibly and follow any disclosure, advertising, privacy, consumer protection, or platform rules that apply to their promotions.
The programme is designed to reward relevant, trusted introductions, not low-quality volume.
Newt Labs may update the affiliate programme over time, including commission rules, qualifying services, tracking methods, approval standards, or promotional restrictions. Where practical, changes should be communicated clearly, but the programme may still evolve as the business grows.
Newt Labs may also suspend or end participation where there is misuse, fraud, breach of the agreement, reputational risk, or any other reason that makes continued participation unsuitable. Affiliates may stop taking part at any time by ending promotion and no longer using programme materials.
The programme may be updated from time to time to reflect how it is managed, tracked, or structured.
Participation may be suspended or ended where there is misuse, breach, fraud, poor conduct, or brand risk.
If participation ends, affiliate links, branding, and programme materials must no longer be used, and any unpaid commission may still be reviewed under the programme rules.
The aim is to keep the programme fair, well run, and aligned with how Newt Labs operates over time.
Participation in the affiliate programme does not guarantee any particular level of income, or any commission at all. Results will always depend on referral quality, fit, customer demand, and compliance with the programme terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute relating to the affiliate programme or these terms will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, unless the law requires otherwise.
Joining the programme does not guarantee earnings. Commission depends on valid referrals and qualifying results.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Newt Labs is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss connected to participation in the programme.
If anything in the agreement is unclear, please contact Newt Labs before or during participation.
