You can pay by Direct Debit or Credit Card. We prefer Direct Debit because it's smoother for both of us.
Do you support multiple websites?
Each monthly plan covers one website. But, you can get more plans if you have more sites.
What if my site has a problem?
Just log into your account and chat with us or email support@newtlabs.co.uk. We'll fix it.
Does my web host matter?
Different hosts offer different things. You can stay with your current host, or choose one of our hosted plans where we manage everything for you.
Do I have to stick around?
No long-term contracts here. If you want to leave, we'll help you move on.
Can I switch my plan?
Absolutely! Change your plan in your account or ask us for help.
Where's your team?
We’re based in Cambridge, UK. Our team works full-time supporting WordPress sites like yours.
Do you give refunds?
You can get your money back in the first 30 days. After that, we'll work out a fair amount based on the time left in the month.
Is this a quick fix or a big job?
If it's a quick question, small fix, or advice, we're on it. If it's a big change or will take a while, it might be outside our usual tasks. Not sure? Just ask!

We'll clean it up. If you're on our Security plan, malware removal is included and your site is protected going forward.
Why can't I add plugins myself?
We test plugins to avoid issues. It's best if we add them for you. But, you can try them on your test site first.
Can I access my site's files?
We keep things secure, so it's best to let us handle changes. If you need more control, we can guide you, but it might be a bit technical.
When can I contact you?
From 9am to 5pm GMT. And 9am to 5pm GMT+1 in summer.
Do you backup my website?
Yes, we take regular off-site backups to keep your site safe and recoverable if anything goes wrong.
Can I add my own plugins and themes?

Do you offer email services?
No, but we suggest using G Suite or Office 365. We can help set it up.
How do you speed up my site?
